My experience spans a wide range of healthcare specialties and provider types, including FQHCs, medical and dental practices, wound care, behavioral health, and oral surgery. I’ve credentialed MDs, DOs, NPs, LPCs, DDSs, DMDs, dentists, and other healthcare professionals, as well as new practice locations and facilities.

Every payer is different, so there isn’t one exact timeline. In general, credentialing can take anywhere from 60 to 120 days, and some payers or more complicated situations can take longer.
My job is to make sure the application is complete, accurate, and submitted correctly from the start, then stay on top of the process and follow up as needed. While I can’t control a payer’s processing time, I can help prevent avoidable delays and keep things moving.
